Se puede usar de 2 maneras diferentes:
1. Vierta sal del Himalaya diluida en agua en un contenedor y ubíquelo debajo de donde usted se sienta o debajo de su cama. Monitoree el contenedor. Cuando el agua se evapora, bote la sal y reemplace, cámbiela cada 3 o 4 días. 
2. Revuelva la sal del Himalaya y rocíe la mezcla por toda su casa, sin olvidar las esquinas y debajo de los muebles.
